Going stir crazy in SE Oklahoma just pushed me over the edge to explorer more fabric art ideas - being a very tactile person with spinning and weaving in the 90's my OA and Fibro left me pushing that aside to find more creative ideas that were within my limits. The Quilting had become a very large part of my world with free style quilting, applique and fabric art.
Dulcimers came into my life the end of 2006 with a lovely Hammer Dulcimer and then a McSpaddin Mountain Dulcimer which has become my favorite and again I just can not be satisfied to play it fiddle style, but am playing finger picking style and classical which comes from my old days when I played classical guitar.
Last and not least is my love for photography. Again being here in the middle of nowhere leaves my camera wanting for MORE - so I discovered the world of Macro Photography...The most interesting and difficult world to photograph.
I seem to be drawn to things that give you a lifetime of enjoyment where there is never an end to the learning curve. The Sky Is Never The Limit!
